All rights to this site and its contents whether specifically mentioned or not, belong to SjIdeasEtc.
Buying a stock image from this site does not transfer the copyright or ownership of the image. You may not sell, license for use or distribute the image for re-use. You may not make it available on the web as a download for any reason including a desktop image/wallpaper.
Royalty Free:
The concept of "royalty free" means that you pay for the image once and you may use it up to 500,000 times.
Use of Submitted Images for Art Development Disclaimer: The
right to decide what criteria constitutes "possible" when determining
whether an image is suitable for our process is solely at the discretion
of SjIdeasEtc. SjIdeasEtc is not promising to work with your images.
The possibly for you to provide suitable images is an option subject to
image approval by SjIdeasEtc. SjIdeasEtc offers the option but the
offer is conditional and the final
determination to use your submitted image is solely the right of
SjIdeasEtc. Prior to using your submitted image for any purpose,
a final electronic proof must be presented to you by SjIdeasEtc with the date of acceptance clearly visible. A
written agreement providing the terms and conditions of acceptance and
production using your image will be provided to you for your approval;
failure to agree to the terms set forth will disqualify the image for
all consideration or use in all products created by SjIdeasEtc.com. If images are selected for creation of any products SjIdeasEtc assumes no obligation to third party claims regarding the submitted image. SjIdeasEtc holds the entity submitting the image accountable and responsible for all copyrights and infringement of all rights associated with any claims made that challenge ownership of the submitted material whether proven, unfounded or frivolous. SjIdeasEtc reserves the right to reject any document or image that is determined to be in violation of any local, state, federal or international law. Any image depicting what appears to be a true actual crime will be provided to the proper authorities and SjIdeasEtc will cooperate within the bounds of the law. We do not create art from images portraying sexually explicit, violent, illegal or dangerous actions.
